Battery life of GoPro MAX Cameras

Hello Trek View,

I notice you shoot timelapse photos on your GoPro MAX backpack rig. What battery life do you get out of the camera in this mode? Also, any stats on battery life for videos?

With an official MAX battery (1600mAh) that is less than one month old:

  • photos: about 3.5 hours on 360 5 second timelapse. 3 hours for 360 2 second timelapse.
  • videos: about 2 hours on 360 30 FPS
